BULK BILLING AVAILABLE
* Kids aged 0-15 years (Bulk billing every day)
* Concession card holders (Bulk billing every day)
* Care Plan, Health assessments
* At the doctors’ discretion
> Podiatrist (Mr Kain Kim) – Bulk Billing with a GP Referral(See our GP)
> Physio (Mr Sun Law) – Bulk Billing with a GP Referral(See our GP)
> Dietitian (Mr Dennis Kok) – Bulk Billing with a GP Referral(See our GP)
Private Fees (7 days, Every day)
For simple issues: You pay $67, You receive $41.20 (rebate), Gap fee $25
For complex issues: You pay $105, You receive $79.79 (rebate), Gap fee $25
For very complex issues: You pay $143, You receive $117.40 (rebate), Gap fee $25
For phone/telehealth (up to 30 mins): You pay $80, You receive $41.20 (rebate), Gap fee $40
Important Note:
* If you wish to pay by cash, we require the right amount at the counter. There will be no bank service fee.
* If you pay by Credit Card/Debit Card, there is a 0.95% of bank service fee.
* If you unable to come to the clinic (e.g. phone consult) and wish to pay over the phone there is a 1.2% of bank service fee.
* If you wish to book a phone consultation, $80 (Phone consult fees) must be paid before the Dr calls you.
* All consultation fees must be paid on the same day.
* If you misplaced or lost your referrals/ medical certificates/scripts, there is an admin fee of $15
* If your child doesn’t have a Medicare Card yet you must pay the consultation fee first, you can then claim the rebate from Medicare later.
* If you don’t have Medicare card you must pay the full fee. You may then claim the rebate from your private health insurance.
* Our fee schedule may be updated without further notice and it is the patients’ responsibility to understand the fee changes before the appointment.
